Horses & Hunting Dogs reserves the right to refuse sale of puppies to any person without providing a reason.
Horses & Hunting Dogs will offer a refund for genetic defect as definitively clinically determined by a licensed veterinarian with in 14 days . We can replace your puppy if a litter is available, if not we will refund your purchase price of your puppy. We will accept the puppy/puppies back without a clinical determination from the person who originally paid for the dog without a refund within the 14 days so long as the puppy is in good health (as determined by Carol Gaver), and has not been spayed or neutered. Any shipping/transportation, and vet costs incurred as a result of returning a puppy will not be refunded under any circumstance.
